Out with the HUD and In with the New Closing Disclosure Form!

Effective August 1, 2015, the Integrated Mortgage Disclosure Rule will come into effect and will require special processing and forms for all residential transactions that have lender financing. Here are copies of the handouts and links to the new Loan Estimate (previously the GFE) and the new Closing Disclosure Form (previously the HUD-1 & Truth In Lending Disclosure).
