Nicole handles all areas of immigration law including visas both family and business based, residencies, citizenship, asylums, and detention and deportation hearings. Nicole attended the University of South FL where she obtained a BA in Political Science in 2002 and then went on to Stetson University College of Law where she graduated with a law degree in 2005. Outside of her legal career, she is very involved in giving back to her community and helping others even serving as the chairperson for the Juntos Foundation, a foundation that supports the research and treatment for cancer and heart disease.
